How payment works
Pay online, get an instant receipt
- Secure online payment from the parent portal.
- Automatic invoice, receipt and transaction record.
- Reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before the due date, and on the due date.
- Payment credentials are held server-side; nothing sensitive is exposed in the browser.
Online payment and WhatsApp fee reminders are scaffolded in this phase. The payment gateway and WhatsApp Business API are connected in the backend phase using environment secrets — no keys are stored in the codebase.
